Team Lead – Web Development

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Web Development (Project Management) to lead and manage web projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and proven experience in managing development teams and project deliverables effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of developers and designers to deliver high-quality web applications.
  • Manage multiple projects with clear planning, task assignment, and progress tracking.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define scope, requirements, and timelines.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle — from planning to deployment.
  • Conduct team meetings, code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Monitor progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to the team.
  • Identify risks and ensure timely resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in web development and project management.
  • Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, , PHP, or Laravel.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
  • PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs200,000.00 per month
