About Us:

We are a growing software development and digital solutions company focused on delivering innovative and scalable products. Our current tech stack includes MERN and Laravel, and we're expanding to Python and AI in the near future. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to lead and mentor our development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Full Stack Developers (MERN, Laravel, and future Python/AI engineers).
  • Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions.
  • Set coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Design and develop scalable and secure web applications and APIs.
  • Plan sprints, allocate tasks, and monitor progress effectively.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and contribute to architectural decisions.
  • Support in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional full stack development experience.
  • 1+ year of proven experience as a Team Lead or Technical Lead.
  • Strong expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB, , , ) and Laravel.
  • Experience in architecting scalable and maintainable systems.
  • Excellent understanding of Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Python, AI/ML technologies, or data engineering.
  • Experience working in agile environments.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs110, Rs130,000.00 per month
