About the Role:

We are hiring an SEO Lead to take charge of our SEO team in this role you will plan and manage SEO projects, guide your team, and make sure clients get better rankings, traffic, and leads.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide the SEO team (executives, writers, and link builders)
  • Create and run SEO strategies for different types of clients (local, national, and ecommerce)
  • Do keyword research, technical SEO checks, and content improvements
  • Manage on-page and off-page SEO work
  • Talk with clients, share reports, and join monthly meetings
  • Track and improve performance like traffic, rankings, and conversions
  • Work with content, design, and development teams to meet goals
  • Stay updated with Google updates and new SEO tools

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of SEO experience with good results
  • Some experience leading a team or managing clients
  • Knowledge of tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, and SurferSEO
  • Basic understanding of website structure, HTML, WordPress, or Shopify
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time (Office-based only)

Work Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
