We are seeking a highly ambitious and tech-savvy Social Media Manager to own the social presence for our portfolio of innovative, AI-first products. You will be a key driver of our growth, using a cutting-edge AI tool stack to create content that not only captivates but converts. Your mission is to build a direct line from social media activity to our bottom line.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute a social media strategy that directly impacts key business metrics, including user acquisition, trial sign-ups, and subscription revenue. You will own your numbers.
• Go beyond traditional content creation. You will be hands-on with a suite of generative AI tools to rapidly ideate, produce, test, and scale high-performing visual and video content tailored for each platform.
• Identify and engage with niche communities and target audiences. Develop and test creative hypotheses to find the most effective ways to attract high-intent users to our products.
• Own the social media analytics pipeline. You will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on what matters, funnel performance, cost per install (CPI), and conversion rates and using those insights to optimize your strategy.
• Act as our "eyes and ears" on the digital frontier. Identify emerging social trends, platform shifts, and user conversations that can inform not only our marketing but our product strategy as well.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management, with a portfolio that demonstrates how your efforts contributed to measurable business goals (leads, sales, sign-ups), not just follower growth.
• You have hands-on, practical experience with modern AI content creation tools (e.g., generative image models like Midjourney/DALL-E, AI video platforms like Synthesia/HeyGen, AI editing tools like Descript). You must be able to demonstrate this proficiency.
• You have an intuitive grasp of what works on different platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.) and understand how to adapt content to each one's unique algorithm and culture.
• You are comfortable with data and analytics. You know how to read a marketing funnel, understand what a CPI is, and can draw actionable insights from performance reports.
• You are chronically online (in a good way). You understand internet culture, how trends emerge, and how to engage with online communities authentically.
