World Aviation Travels and Tours is a trusted travel agency delivering exceptional travel and visa services worldwide. We are seeking an Accounts Manager
with strong expertise in the travel industry, particularly in
IATA regulations, financial reporting, and ERP software
, to strengthen our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the
    entire accounts function
    of the agency.
  • Handle
    accounts receivable and payable
    accurately and timely.
  • Ensure
    invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting
    are done as per company and industry standards.
  • Maintain and monitor
    IATA BSP (Billing and Settlement Plan)
    accounts, reporting, and compliance.
  • Use
    ERP accounting software
    for day-to-day financial operations.
  • Prepare and review
    monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
    .
  • Manage
    bank reconciliation, general ledger, and cash flow
    .
  • Collaborate with management to provide
    financial insights
    for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with
    tax regulations, auditing standards, and travel industry financial protocols
    .

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
    .
  • Proven experience
    as an Accounts Manager, preferably in the
    travel and tourism industry
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    IATA BSP, travel agency accounting, and reconciliation procedures
    .
  • Proficiency in
    ERP accounting software (such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting
    .
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
