Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Accounts Manager
to oversee all financial operations at LalQilla Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with taxation laws, and supporting business decisions through accurate financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure proper record-keeping.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Handle accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation, corporate, and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls.
  • Supervise and guide the accounts team.
  • Present financial reports and insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of proven experience in accounting/finance (restaurant or hospitality industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP, MS Excel).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
