Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi for a Finance Account Specialist. The specialist will manage financial records, prepare and analyze financial statements, process payroll, handle accounting operations, and support financial decision-making. The role ensures accuracy in financial reporting while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and financial standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Finance, Accounting, and Financial Statements
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Financial Decision-Making
  • Understanding of Payroll Administration processes
  • Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheets
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications like ACCA or CPA are a plus
  • Prior experience in non-profit or education sectors is beneficial
