Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Rawalpindi. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Daily tasks include recruiting staff, developing HR strategies and policies, managing employee relations and benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The HR Manager will also conduct performance appraisals, develop training programs, and manage disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and legal compliance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
  • Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Additional HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are a plus
