About Us:
International Business Resources is a company based in Rawalpindi, Punjab Pakistan,
offering administration support and business services to companies based overseas.
Based at our office in the World Trade Centre (above Giga Mall) Rawalpindi you will be
responsible for managing a team of up to 20 people who provide business support
services for our overseas clients
The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Manager to join our team at our
Rawalpindi office. You will be responsible for supporting senior management in a variety of
HR-related functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Identifying job vacancies and creating job descriptions
Posting job adverts on online platforms
Coordinating interviews and supporting the interview process
Providing feedback to candidates and issuing offer letters
Representing the company at recruitment fairs, government seminars and
universities
Building strategic partnerships with organisations across the country
New Starter Inductions:
Conducting health & safety inductions for all new staff
Making inductions user-friendly with multimedia support (e.g., video)
Collecting and verifying new starter documentation
Requesting and verifying references for new starters
Employee Contracts & Reviews:
Ensuring all employees have up-to-date employment contracts
Coordinating monthly and annual performance reviews for all staff
Payroll & Timekeeping:
Auditing staff working hours weekly and resolving discrepancies
Processing weekly and monthly payroll for all employees
Managing staff absence and holidays
Training & Development:
Identifying training needs and organising training where required
Organising internal and external training sessions
Maintaining accurate training records and scheduling refresher courses
Disciplinary Procedures:
Assisting with investigations related to employee misconduct
Supporting the implementation of disciplinary protocols
Assisting the UK team with performance issues and implementing improvement
plans
Policy & Compliance:
Regularly reviewing and updating the staff handbook in line with legislation
Liaising with other departments to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
Candidate Requirements:
We're looking for someone who is:
Highly organised with excellent communication skills
Skilled in IT, numeracy, and literacy
Minimum degree level education
A strong team player with great people skills
Passionate about HR and willing to learn and grow
Minimum 5 years HR or experience in a similar role
