Position Overview:

As a HR Manager, you will lead our recruitment initiatives, ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain top talent to drive our company's success. You will collaborate closely with department managers and executives to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.

Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role and company culture.

Coordinate and facilitate interview schedules, including organising panel interviews and assessments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus

Minimum of 03 years of experience as a HR and recruitment specialist, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for various roles.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.

Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80, Rs120,000.00 per month
