Required Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Development Studies, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of DeafTawk's internal programs and organizational initiatives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and coordination of activities across DeafTawk's departments to ensure effective implementation and quality outcomes.
  • Develop detailed project plans and performance indicators.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, finance, and interpretation services.
  • Collaborate with the tech team to provide product feedback, identify improvement areas, and ensure alignment between program needs and product development.
  • Identify and pursue new business development and partnership opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead the drafting of high-quality proposals, concept notes, and donor reports.
  • Ensure effective documentation, data collection, and impact reporting for all programs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen program visibility and outreach.
  • Provide input for campaigns, social media, and communication strategies.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance engagement and empowerment of the Deaf community.
  • Ensure accessibility and inclusion standards are integrated into all projects.
  • Represent DeafTawk at community, donor, and sectoral events.
  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Monitor market and sector trends to inform program innovation and development.
  • Prepare and present progress updates, impact reports, and key insights to senior management.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management, including but not limited to the areas mentioned above.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in program management, social enterprise, or nonprofit settings.
  • Proven experience in proposal writing and business development.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and communications, with the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams.
  • Experience working with the startup ecosystem or innovation-driven programs will be a strong plus.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and lead cross-functional teams.
