Program Manager
 to lead our operations and programs.

What You'll Do:

As the 
Program Manager – Pakistan
, you will:

  • Lead program execution, university outreach, and industry partnerships nationwide.
  • Manage day-to-day operations across HR, finance, and marketing functions, aligned with global objectives.
  • Build and nurture high-performing teams of technical and non-technical professionals.
  • Design and implement student-focused initiatives including workshops, expos, and career pathways.
  • Drive branding and marketing strategies through digital and traditional campaigns.
  • Monitor program performance, using data-driven tools to optimize outcomes.
  • Draft and review agreements, contracts, and partnerships with universities and corporates.
  • Collaborate closely with our US-based leadership to align strategy and impact.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education:
     Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or MBA required. Preference will be given to candidates with a Master's in Project Management (MPM).
  • Experience:
     4–6 years of relevant professional experience in program/project management, operations, 
    sales
    , or leadership roles (education, technology, or development sector experience is a plus).
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and execute complex programs.
  • Strong skills in recruitment, sales, operations, and cross-functional management.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling, pricing, and program sustainability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
