Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Program Head - International Qualification. The Program Head will be responsible for overseeing the curriculum and program development for international qualifications. Regular tasks include faculty coordination, program scheduling, student performance monitoring, and liaising with international educational bodies. The role also involves conducting training sessions, ensuring compliance with academic standards, and promoting a collaborative educational environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree or higher in Education, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive academic leadership experience, preferably in higher education.
  • Strong background in international qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in Transnational Education (TNE) partnerships.
  • Hands-on experience in securing and maintaining academic accreditations (local & international).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in curriculum development, and program management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on academic excellence.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Knowledge of international educational standards and qualifications
  • Ability to analyze student performance data and implement improvement strategies
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and educational excellence
  • Experience in the educational sector, preferably in international programs
