Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relations Associate, based in Islamabad. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction. Key tasks include providing excellent customer service, managing communication channels, analyzing client feedback, and supporting the implementation of client retention strategies. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery and foster a positive client experience.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and client relations skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Proficiency in communication, including clear verbal and written communication styles.

Well-developed analytical skills to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.

Customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and manage concerns efficiently.

Problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and the capacity to work in a team-oriented environment.

A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in client relations or a related role is an advantage.
