Role Summary

We're hiring an experienced Upwork Bidder specialized in the TikTok Shop / eCommerce niche.

Your goal will be to find, pitch, and close high-potential projects related to TikTok Shop setup, optimization, ad management, and creative strategy.

You'll manage the full sales cycle — from identifying relevant leads and crafting winning proposals to coordinating client calls and ensuring project closures.

If you understand how TikTok Shop works, and you can sell services around ads, creatives, catalog setup, or GMV growth, we want you on board.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and bid on TikTok Shop and eCommerce-related projects daily.

Craft custom, high-converting proposals (no copy-paste templates).

Communicate with clients via chat/calls to understand needs and pitch solutions.

Work closely with delivery teams to align proposals with service capabilities.

Track proposal performance, response rates, and conversions.

Meet or exceed weekly/monthly bidding and closing targets.

Required Qualifications

1–2+ years of Upwork bidding experience (please share your Upwork profile).

Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop, ads, or eCommerce marketing.

Excellent written and spoken English — persuasive and professional.

Proven success in winning and closing Upwork projects.

Understanding of Upwork search, ranking, and client engagement strategies.

Proficiency in spreadsheets, CRM tools, and project tracking.

Nice to Have

Experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center, Ads Manager, or product listings.

Familiarity with marketing, content, or creative service proposals.

Samples of successful cover letters or closed project cases.

KPIs & Targets (Indicative)

Qualified Proposals/Day: 8–12

Interview Rate: 30–35%

Win Rate: 20–25%
