We're looking for a smart, proactive
Upwork Bidder
to join our growing team at
Technyder
, a data-driven SaaS and automation agency. You'll be responsible for finding relevant projects, submitting tailored proposals, and helping us convert high-value leads into long-term clients.

This role is perfect for someone who understands
Upwork's algorithms, client psychology, and proposal strategy
—someone who can write natural, human, and problem-solving bids (not robotic templates).


Requirements:

  • Daily prospecting and bidding on relevant jobs in categories like
    Data Engineering, Power BI, FastAPI, Python Automation, and AI-based tools & Automation
    .
  • Write concise, thoughtful proposals using our proven format and technique.
  • Follow up with warm leads and schedule intro calls.
  • Maintain an organized
    ClickUp
    board of active bids, responses, and conversions.
  • Coordinate with the delivery team to match project scopes before submission.
  • Prepare short Loom summaries or call notes after client discussions (optional but preferred).
