Job Summary

We are hiring an Upwork Bidder to focus solely on bidding and winning projects through Upwork. You will be responsible for identifying relevant job posts, sending personalized proposals, and engaging with potential clients to help secure software, AI, and SaaS projects.

Key Responsibilities

● Search, filter, and apply to relevant job posts on Upwork daily

● Write personalized, well-structured, and compelling proposals (training provided)

● Respond quickly to client messages and interview invites

● Coordinate with internal team to align proposals with project scope

● Track daily bidding activity and outcomes using internal tools

● Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients Requirements

● Strong command of written English

● Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow formats

● Quick learner with the ability to understand client needs

● Good communication and time management skills

● A positive attitude and a growth mindset

Nice to Have

● Previous Upwork bidding or freelance platform experience

● Familiarity with software development or AI-related terms

● Knowledge of bidding tools or CRM tracking
