highly skilled and motivated professional
to join our growing team as an
RCM Onboarding Specialist & Integration Manager
.

Medical Billing, Client Onboarding, and RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) Operations
, and you're passionate about helping healthcare businesses streamline their billing processes — we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the
end-to-end onboarding
process for new clients — from initial consultation to successful system integration.

Collaborate with healthcare providers to
analyze workflow needs
, identify gaps, and implement RCM solutions.

Coordinate with internal billing teams to ensure
seamless handoff and account setup
.

Conduct
client training and performance reviews
to ensure successful transitions.

Manage and optimize
RCM systems and EHR integrations
for efficiency and accuracy.

Play a pivotal role in
turning qualified leads and meetings into signed clients
through strong communication and relationship management.

Continuously improve onboarding procedures and client satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:

Minimum
2–3 years of experience
in Medical Billing, RCM Management, or related client integration roles.

Proven experience in
client onboarding and retention
within the healthcare billing industry.

Strong understanding of
RCM processes, payer policies, and medical billing workflows
.

Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Salary & Benefits:
