Job description

Trojan Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant to support the Sales Manager in day-to-day operations.

This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want to build a long-term career in sales and business development.

You'll develop a deep understanding of international trade, product knowledge (e.g., tyres), and B2B sales support.

High-performing Sales Assistants will be given the opportunity to transition into client-facing sales roles after demonstrating capability and learning readiness.

The company provides structured on-the-job training and mentorship to develop sales knowledge and product understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Manager with daily sales administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, data sheets, and presentations for internal use.
  • Track key performance metrics and support data analysis efforts.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to facilitate smooth workflow.
  • Attend internal sales meetings, take notes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items."
  • Fill and organize documentation related to pricing, contracts, invoicing, shipping confirmations, and cargo release
  • Support internal communication for sales-related updates, planning, and execution.
  • Monitor and manage order statuses and inventory coordination as needed.
  • Provide general operational support to the sales department to ensure timely execution of tasks.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Intermediate or Fresh graduates (BBA,B.Com) will be preferred,
  • Candidates must have excellent English communication & writing skills are mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Is Rs:50,000 to Rs: 60,000
