Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Manager – Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily customer coordination, ensure timely order processing and dispatch, and manage delivery riders and recovery follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure smooth order taking and timely dispatch
  • Supervise and coordinate riders for deliveries
  • Monitor dispatch schedules and maintain delivery performance standards
  • Conduct recovery follow-ups and maintain payment records
  • Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly sales and customer-service targets
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on orders, deliveries, and recoveries

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales or dispatch coordination role
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Ability to manage a team of riders and handle customer complaints professionally
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Graduate degree preferred
