Role Overview
The
Key Account Sales Executive
will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key clients, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets. This role involves developing strategic account plans, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through close collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits to present new product launches, secure project briefs, and close orders.
- Create and execute detailed account plans to meet sales and profitability goals.
- Identify new target customer personas and develop an optimized sales pipeline to maximize conversions.
- Perform market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, product, logistics, finance) to ensure timely sample submissions, product deliveries, and accurate invoicing.
- Attend relevant industry exhibitions and conferences within the assigned territory to strengthen brand presence and network with potential clients.
- Monitor and report on account performance, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in
key account management or B2B sales
, with
specific experience in fragrance sales within the Pakistan market
. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and conferences.
