Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist located in Lahore. The SEO Specialist will lead efforts in enhancing the organization's online visibility by conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, and implementing effective SEO strategies. Responsibilities include developing and managing link-building campaigns, optimizing website content for on-page SEO, and monitoring web analytics to measure success. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure consistent performance and improved search rankings.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Keyword Research and the ability to analyze trends to identify opportunities.
  • Experience conducting thorough SEO Audits and implementing actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Expertise in Link Building and fostering strong backlinks to improve domain authority.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Web Analytics tools to monitor website performance and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Skills in On-Page SEO, including metadata optimization, content structuring, and improving overall usability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (such as WordPress) and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or familiarity with nonprofit organizations is a plus.
