visionary SEO Specialist,

Your Role at Marqon

As our SEO Specialist, you will be the
architect of organic growth,
ensuring our clients don't just rank, but
dominate
. You'll work hand in hand with a dynamic team of strategists, content creators, and designers to craft experiences that search engines love and audiences can't resist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Devise and execute
    cutting-edge SEO strategies
    that elevate brand visibility across search ecosystems.
  • Conduct in-depth
    keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap audits
    to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Optimize web content and on-page elements with precision, ensuring
    flawless alignment with SEO best practices
    .
  • Perform
    comprehensive technical SEO audits
    , tackling everything from site architecture to crawlability.
  • Monitor, measure, and translate data into actionable insights with tools like
    SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Analytics
    .
  • Collaborate across teams to weave SEO seamlessly into
    content, design, and digital campaigns

  • Stay at the forefront of evolving search algorithms and
    emerging digital trends

What We're Looking For

  • Proven expertise as an SEO Specialist (agency background preferred).
  • Deep understanding of
    search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical frameworks
    .
  • Mastery of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of
    link-building methodologies and outreach strategies
    .
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web fundamentals (a plus).
  • Analytical brilliance coupled with creative problem-solving.
