Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-com Marketplace Specialist, located in Lahore. The E-com Marketplace Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing product listings on various e-commerce platforms, analyzing sales data, developing and implementing strategies to drive online sales, and coordinating with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with marketplace policies.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead Online Marketplace Onboarding & Expansion
efforts across new and existing platforms (e.g., Panda Mart, Kravemart, Metro, Bay Gallery, Cozmetica, etc.).

· Develop and execute strategies for
Sales Growth & Performance Tracking
to meet e-commerce targets.

· Plan and manage online
Promotions & Campaign Management
to maximize visibility and revenue.

· Track purchase orders, coordinate with logistics/operations, and ensure efficient
delivery and fulfillment
.

· Generate accurate
Reporting & Business Insights
on marketplace performance, competitor activity, and campaign effectiveness.

· Maintain strong professional relationships with marketplace key account managers.

Knowledge & Skills

· Proven experience in
E-commerce Marketplace management
(Amazon, Daraz, or specific platforms mentioned above).

· Strong understanding of
FMCG and/or Cosmetics
industry dynamics in the digital space.

· Excellent
analytical abilities
for data-driven decision making and reporting.

· Strong proficiency in
MS Excel
for tracking and data manipulation.

· Effective
interpersonal communication skills
for stakeholder and partner management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's (Hons) degree or equivalent.

Experience

1–2 years of relevant post-qualification experience in an E-commerce/Marketplace role.
