About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Performance Marketer / Assistant Performance Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1 year of hands-on experience in running digital ads (especially Meta Ads), with a good understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, ad policies, and campaign structures.

This role is best suited for someone who has the basics covered and is eager to grow into a more advanced performance marketing role with on-the-job learning.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the setup, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).

Build and manage campaigns, ad sets, and ads according to best practices.

Ensure all campaigns comply with Meta ad policies and platform guidelines.

Monitor campaign performance using key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate, etc.).

Prepare basic reports and dashboards to track performance.

Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad copies and creatives align with campaign objectives.

Support A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.

Assist in audience research, re-targeting structures, and funnel setup.

Stay updated on the latest platform updates, digital marketing trends, and performance strategies.

Requirements

1 year of experience in performance marketing, preferably with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Basic knowledge of campaign structures, targeting, bidding, and optimization.

Understanding of key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, etc.).

Familiarity with Meta Ad Policies and compliance rules.

Hands-on experience with ad account setup, pixel tracking, and events is a plus.

Strong analytical mindset with basic Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and eagerness to learn.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
