The person:

  • The willingness to learn and pursue technical knowledge of how digital advertising works and how to get the best results.
  • Take ownership of his/her role and be proactive in getting solutions for clients.
  • Is responsible enough to see things through and not wait for follow-ups.
  • Has a positive and can-do attitude.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram); familiarity with other platforms is a plus
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics

The Job.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize conversion-based campaigns on Facebook and Google Ad platforms.
  • To change bids, create and edit ads, build new audience segments, create custom audiences based on user behavior and achieving business KPIs & continuously optimize the campaigns.
  • Manage and understand Facebook Business Manager, Events Manager, Custom Audiences, Conversion Events, Facebook Commerce Manager & Google Conversions Ads.
  • Use Google Analytics to analyze the website and advertising performance and keep track of orders, revenue, and efficiency.

Note: This is a junior-level position, and candidates with relevant coursework, certifications, or limited professional experience will also be considered. Training and mentorship will be provided to support your professional growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month
