About the Role

We're seeking a results-driven
Performance Marketer
with at least
3 years of experience managing international campaigns
to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies that drive measurable growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering ROI across global markets and multiple ad platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns targeting
    international markets
    across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies for diverse geographies and demographics.
  • Monitor performance data daily, identify trends, and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing for creatives and ad copy.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad assets.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively across multiple currencies and markets.
  • Stay updated on global marketing trends, cultural nuances, and platform changes.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with a focus on international campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar.
  • Understanding of international market dynamics, audience behavior, and cultural considerations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-border teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in e-commerce or lead generation for global audiences.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
