Position: Inbound Customer Support Representative

Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad

Shift: Night (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, On-site)

Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Inbound Sales Representatives to join our fast-growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in English, confident in communication, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities


• Professionally handle inbound calls from U.S. customers.


• Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions.


• Build trust, influence decisions, and close sales (no cold calling).


• Document all interactions in the CRM system accurately.

Who We're Looking For


• Fluency in English with a clear and confident accent


• Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.


• A positive, persuasive, and energetic personality.


•Previous experience in sales or call centers is advantageous but not mandatory.


•Flexibility to work in night shifts (U.S. hours).
