Estimator – Onsite (Islamabad)

A well-established and growing organization is hiring Estimators for onsite positions in Islamabad.

Work Details

  • Work Days: Monday to Friday
  • Work Mode: Onsite
  • Location: Islamabad
  • Compensation:
  • Experienced: PKR 160,000/month
  • Entry-Level: PKR 70,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review tender documents (ITTs, RFQs, site reports) to identify scope, specifications, and pricing requirements.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for labour, materials, consumables, equipment, and overheads.
  • Apply TUPE regulations, including holiday accruals, pension, NI, sickness, and employment benefits.
  • Use productivity rates (e.g., BICSc standards) to determine labour requirements and validate estimates.
  • Liaise with Operations, HR, Finance, and Suppliers to ensure realistic and deliverable pricing.
  • Develop and maintain pricing templates and tools (Excel) for efficient quote preparation.
  • Support bid writers with commercial input, pricing notes, and clarifications.
  • Collaborate with site teams to inform estimates based on layout, congestion, and shift patterns.
  • Assist in preparing final proposal submissions, ensuring commercial alignment and compliance.

Who Should Apply:

  • Professionals with 3–5 years of estimation experience (for experienced positions).
  • Entry-level candidates with strong analytical and Excel skills (for new positions).
  • Understanding of costing, tendering, and UK FM industry standards is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.

This position is not suitable for freelancers or candidates engaged in dual employment.
