Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. This role involves regular communication with clients, conducting market research, attending industry events, and collaborating with the estimating team to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and estimating processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Proficiency in software such as Cubit Estimating, Buildxact, Planswift, Bluebeam Revu, Simpro, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field
  • Experience in the Australian or New Zealand construction markets is a plus
