Job Title: Program Advisor
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented coordination incharge with a strong command of Excel and Word to join our institute (National College of Business Administration and Economics) academic support team. The coordination incharge will play a crucial role in aassisting coordinators and ensuring smooth administrative processes. Coordination in-Charge to oversee daily operations, manage tasks, and ensure seamless execution of projects and events. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily activities, projects, and events.
• Develop and implement processes to enhance efficiency.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and distribute reports, updates, and notifications.
• Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating projects.
• Coordinate logistics, timelines, and resources.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Provide administrative assistance to team members.
• Train new staff on procedures and policies.
• Foster a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure successful projects execution.
• Maintain accurate records and databases.
• Comply with organizational policies and procedures.
