Responsible for creating 3D BIM models for façade, curtain wall, and architectural systems, ensuring accuracy and coordination across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain BIM models for ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate with design, structural, and MEP teams.
  • Ensure compliance with BIM standards and LOD requirements.
  • Update models based on site and design revisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Architecture, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2–4 years' experience in BIM design (Revit required).
  • Strong understanding of façade or construction modeling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs225, Rs459,000.00 per month
