Financial Strategy & Management

  • Develop and implement robust financial systems, policies, and procedures to ensure effective and efficient financial management.
  • Formulate financial strategies to manage risks and align with organizational objectives.
  • Manage large-scale investment funds, establishing performance goals, allocating resources, and providing recommendations to senior management and the Board.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including taxation, reporting, and regulatory standards.

Budgeting, Planning & Reporting

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term (5-year) financial planning processes.
  • Develop annual budgets aligned with organizational goals and production targets.
  • Prepare and present management information, KPIs, financial reports, statutory accounts, and government submissions (including tax returns).
  • Supervise preparation of special purpose reports and analyses when required.

Operational Finance & Controls

  • Manage financial reporting, cash flow, billing, collections, tax information, and statutory compliance.
  • Ensure timely collection of dues, addressing non-payment issues with relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor payments to ensure processing within due timelines.
  • Oversee banking operations, including transfers and account reconciliations.
  • Implement and maintain management information systems (MIS), software, and applications for financial monitoring and reporting.

Corporate Finance & Investments

  • Coordinate activities related to corporate finance, debt, taxation, equity, and acquisitions.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate investment strategies, rules, and procedures.
  • Monitor external contracts and services provided by suppliers, ensuring financial efficiency.

Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Establish sound financial management systems across departments and field offices to ensure transparency and risk management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory laws, financial regulations, and organizational rules.
  • Manage complete financial and administrative records, including official correspondence, reports, files, submissions, and supporting documents.

Leadership & Strategic Contribution

  • Support senior leadership in all financial and accountancy matters.
  • Contribute to the organization's overall business strategy by providing financial analysis, challenging assumptions, and guiding decision-making.
  • Supervise and mentor financial teams, fostering accountability and high performance.

Master's or higher degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, business administration or any other

relevant field from HEC recognized university.

 At least 07 years of post-qualification recognized and verifiable experience in the relevant field.

 Maximum age of the candidate should not be more than 45 years on the date of advertisement of

this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs200,000.00 per month
