Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automation & Data Integration Specialist** to manage and optimize our business tools, automate workflows, and ensure seamless data integration across platforms. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities :

* Manage and maintain Google Sheets for accurate data tracking and reporting.

* Develop and optimize Google Apps Script automation to streamline processes.

* Create and manage Zoho Forms and related workflows.

* Integrate APIs between tools, platforms, and ERP systems.

* Support ERP operations for data entry, reporting, and process automation.

* Design, update, and maintain HTML/CSS/JavaScript-based content.

* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

* Perform general administrative and coordination tasks as needed.

* Identify and propose improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.

Core Competencies :

*Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables) or strong accounting knowledge.

* Google Apps Script automation development.

* Zoho Forms and automation.

* HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills.

* API integration expertise.

* ERP systems knowledge.

* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and speed under pressure.

Preferred Skills :

* Experience with advanced automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.).

* Familiarity with CRM systems.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Prior experience handling multiple platforms simultaneously.

Qualifications :

* 2–4 years in IT support, automation, or technical administration.

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Accounting, or a related field.

* Quick learner, logical thinker, and process optimizer.

* Excellent time management and organizational skills.

* Hardworking, self-motivated, and adaptable to new tools.
