About the Role

FoRun is looking for a
results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager
to lead our
social media and paid marketing strategy
across multiple platforms — driving growth for our
Food Delivery, Ride-Hailing, and Gift Services
.

This role demands a
creative yet analytical leader
who can balance
brand storytelling with performance marketing
to boost customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a growth-focused social media strategy across
    Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn
    .
  • Create engaging static posts, reels, and stories for
    Food, Ride, and Gift
    services.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice while adapting content per audience and service.
  • Plan and execute influencer partnerships, viral campaigns, and seasonal promotions.

Paid Advertising & Growth

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across
    Meta, Google, TikTok, and local ad networks
    .
  • Segment audiences (students, professionals, families, diaspora, etc.) to maximize conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing to scale performance efficiently.
  • Drive
    app installs, ride bookings, food orders, and gift deliveries
    with ROI-focused campaigns.

Content & Creative

  • Lead the creative team to produce
    high-impact visuals, videos, and short-form content
    .
  • Conceptualize storytelling campaigns (family moments, quick rides, surprise gifts).
  • Ensure alignment with
    FoRun's brand identity
    (red/white/black theme, Forun Buddy integration).

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key metrics:
    CAC, CTR, ROAS, app installs, order growth
    .
  • Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Monitor competitor trends and adapt strategies proactively.

Team Leadership

  • Mentor and guide a team of
    content creators, ad managers, and interns
    .
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with
    Product, Sales, and Operations
    to align marketing with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in
    Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
    .
  • 5–7+ years
    of proven experience in
    digital marketing & performance campaigns
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube
    .
  • Demonstrated success in
    growing app-based revenue through social media
    .
  • Hands-on creativity in
    reels, storytelling, and visual content
    .
  • Excellent
    leadership, analytical, and project management
    skills.
