Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its services. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends in the digital marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Content Management:
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop and maintain a social media presence, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Provide ongoing performance reports and insights to senior management.
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize spend based on performance.
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs70,000.00 per month
