About the Role

We are seeking a
Odoo Functional Consultant
with proven ERP implementation expertise and Odoo functional certification. You will lead end-to-end ERP projects, from requirements gathering and process analysis to configuration, customization, and post-implementation support.

This role requires strong business and technical understanding, enabling you to bridge client needs with tailored Odoo solutions across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • ERP Implementation:
    Lead requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Business Process Analysis:
    Map client operations to Odoo solutions across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and more.
  • Customization & Integration:
    Collaborate with developers for module customization, API integrations, automation, and data migration.
  • Training & Support:
    Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide post-go-live support.
  • Leadership:
    Mentor junior consultants, ensure delivery standards, and advise sales team on complex solutions.

Requirements

  • Odoo Functional Certification (mandatory).
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 4–5+ years of Odoo ERP implementation & consulting experience.
  • Strong expertise in Odoo ERP modules (CRM, Sales, Accounting, HR, Inventory, Manufacturing).
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo framework, Python, PostgreSQL, XML, QWeb reports, and API integrations.
  • Solid understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Manufacturing processes.
  • Strong business analysis, project management, and client communication skills.
  • Experience with software testing, data migration, and quality assurance.
