Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Understand client business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and drive business growth.

Project Leadership

  • Oversee multiple consulting projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress against milestones and KPIs.
  • Lead project review meetings and proactively address risks or performance issues.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Supervise, mentor, and coach consultants, analysts, and project leads.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support career development through training and performance reviews.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on client value and innovation.

Strategic Contribution

  • Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing, pricing, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define service offerings, methodologies, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives (e.g., whitepapers, speaking engagements, internal knowledge sharing).

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
  • 6–10 years of experience in consulting, including at least 2–3 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Proven track record managing complex client engagements and leading cross-functional teams.

Skills

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable solutions.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing project budgets and profitability.
