  • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings.
  • Assist in basic administrative and coordination tasks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident personality with a professional appearance.
  • Basic computer skills (Email, MS Office, etc.).
  • Punctual, well-organized, and responsible.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
  • Comfortable speaking to international clients.
