Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage and lead a team of retail staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
  • Implement and manage promotional campaigns and sales strategies to meet store targets.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer needs, and profits.
  • Maintain the store's cleanliness, organization, and visual standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage the store's financial performance, including profit and loss, budgeting, and expense management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role in retail.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
  • Familiarity with financial principles and profit and loss statements.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities.
