Role Description

Oversee store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning

Monitor stock levels, replenishment, and overall inventory control

Implement operational policies and ensure compliance with SOPs

Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and accounts departments

Manage staff schedules, training, and performance

Ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation

Analyze sales reports and operational data to improve efficiency

Handle vendor coordination and logistics for timely product availability

Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained

Qualifications

Minimum
3–5 years of experience
in
inventory audit, internal audit, or stock management
within retail or FMCG sector

Strong understanding of
inventory control systems, stock movement, and shrinkage analysis

Knowledge of
FIFO, stock valuation, and inventory reconciliation procedures

Integrity, confidentiality, and compliance-oriented mindset
