About Us:

We're looking for a dynamic, motivated, and outgoing individual to join our team as a Sales & Partnerships Executive. The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding our presence and building partnerships, for our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit nearby universities, colleges, and corporates to promote our facility and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with student societies, HR departments, and corporate teams.
  • Identify partnership opportunities, strike up collaboration deals, and create custom packages for groups or companies.
  • Plan and execute innovative sales strategies to increase bookings and brand visibility.
  • Actively generate leads through field visits, digital channels, and networking.
  • Support the marketing team with ideas and execution for campaigns or events that drive engagement.
  • Assist in business development and expansion efforts under KOVA's umbrella.
  • Provide feedback on client needs, trends, and new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development (preferably in sports, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Energetic, confident, and comfortable engaging with people in person.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit targets.
  • Must be willing to travel locally (Korangi and nearby areas).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70, Rs75,000.00 per month
