Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage Delivery Challans and Requisition forms.
  • Maintain inventory with documentation along with complete tracking .
  • Reconcile all the inward and outward shipments every week.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up, relocate to delivery and logistics with time management.
  • Regularly update stock sheets, ensuring product-wise accuracy.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and logistics arrangements.
  • Liaise with branch logistics and sales teams for order and stock confirmations.
  • Manage large-scale shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse layout for efficient product placement and retrieval.
  • Maintain attendance records for warehouse and support staff.
  • Ensure model numbers and product quantities in stock records are consistently accurate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs90,000.00 per month
