Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Cold Caller based in Lahore. The Cold Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone to introduce our services and secure appointments. The role includes making a high volume of outbound calls daily, maintaining a detailed record of client interactions, and following up to nurture leads. The Cold Caller will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in cold calling and lead generation
  • Experience with CRM software and data entry
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus
