Position:
Cold Caller - Outbound Calls Representative

Think Sierra is seeking a motivated and persuasive
Cold Caller
to join our international sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, generating qualified leads, and setting appointments for the Sales Closer. You'll be the first point of contact for our prospects playing a crucial role in driving new business opportunities and supporting our overall sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Make outbound cold calls to potential clients across international markets.
  2. Introduce Think Sierra's services and identify client needs and pain points.
  3. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Sales Closer team.
  4. Maintain accurate records of calls and lead interactions in the CRM system.
  5. Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  6. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment goals.
  7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
  8. Stay updated on company services, digital marketing trends, and competitor offerings.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Minimum education: Intermediate / A-Levels or equivalent.
  2. Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English.
  3. Confident, energetic, and comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  5. Basic understanding of digital marketing services (training will be provided).
  6. Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation is preferred.
  7. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
