About the Role

We are seeking a Designer who can transform complex investment research, data, and strategies into compelling visuals that resonate with institutional investors, partners, and the broader market. This role blends creativity with analytical precision, ensuring our decks, reports, and indices communicate with clarity and impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce investment decks, research reports, and thought-leadership pieces with a professional, investor-ready aesthetic.
  • Develop infographics, charts, and data visualizations to make complex research accessible and engaging.
  • Maintain brand identity and visual consistency across all presentations, reports, and digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with analysts and researchers to translate investment theses into clear visual narratives.
  • Create design templates and visual systems for ongoing research publications.
  • Support the marketing team with assets for webinars, events, and social channels.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 24 years of experience in design (finance, consulting, or research-related design is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Figma, Keynote).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to simplify and elevate complex information.
  • Familiarity with financial data visualization and infographics.
  • Detail-oriented, with ability to balance creativity and precision under deadlines.
