Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Upwork Bidder, located in Islamabad. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects on Upwork. Daily tasks include creating and submitting proposals, communicating with potential clients, and managing ongoing client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with the development team to understand project requirements and ensuring that proposals align with company capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Upwork platform and experience in bidding on projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of web development and web applications
  • Strong research skills to identify potential projects
  • Ability to develop effective and persuasive proposals
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in client management and relationship building is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
