Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inbound Sales Agent, located in Rawalpindi. The Inbound Sales Agent will be responsible for handling inbound calls, engaging with potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and converting leads into sales. The role also includes educating customers about insurance products, addressing inquiries, and meeting targets. The Inbound Sales Agent will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales skills and experience in the insurance industry
  • Ability to effectively educate and inform customers about insurance products
  • Strong training background to stay updated on insurance products and sales techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
