Location: Bahria Town, Phase 8, Rawalpindi

Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Communicate effectively with international clients.
  • Maintain customer records and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Meet performance targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree is must and Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Previous call center experience is a plus, but fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to work in evening/night shifts.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
