We are seeking an experienced
Senior Technical Project Manager
to lead a
global sustainability digital twin program powered by AI and ML
. This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen, project management expertise, and exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.
The successful candidate will drive cross-functional programs, mentor teams, and ensure successful delivery of mission-critical technology projects through proactive coordination with customers and continuous alignment with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

· Define, plan, execute, and finalize
complex global technology programs
, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business and sustainability objectives.

· Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation frameworks.

· 
Understand AI/ML models, Big Data platforms, and technical architectures
to effectively challenge proposals, guide technical decisions, and translate trade-offs into business impacts for non-technical stakeholders.

· Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality standards and delivery commitments.

· Establish and maintain program governance structures, including steering committees and executive reporting.

· 
Work closely with CXOs and senior leadership
, providing tailored program updates, steering materials, and driving alignment on strategic initiatives.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery methodologies.

· Provide clear, concise, and compelling program updates to leadership, adapting communication style for diverse audiences.

· Translate complex technical concepts—including AI/ML and data-driven innovations—into business-friendly language.

· Effectively manage and negotiate competing priorities, scope changes, and resource allocations with
multinational stakeholders
.

· Act as a central point of escalation for program-level issues, applying advanced soft skills and negotiation techniques to drive consensus.

Required Skills & Experience:

· 15+ years of
global technical management
experience, with at least 10+ years as a Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, or Lead Scrum Master for
large-scale, multi-billion-dollar initiatives
.

· Proven experience working in
multinational, cross-cultural environments
, successfully managing stakeholders from different regions.

· Strong understanding of
AI, ML, and Big Data platforms
(cloud-native and enterprise scale).

· Demonstrated experience engaging directly with
CXOs and executive leadership
, preparing steering updates, and influencing high-level decision-making.

· Deep knowledge of the full SDLC and demonstrated experience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid models.

· Demonstrated success in operating as an effective Scrum Master and coaching teams to higher levels of maturity.

· 
Excellent communication skills
, with the ability to influence without authority and handle senior-level stakeholder engagement across regions.

· Proficiency with project/program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Confluence).

· Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Proven leadership, organizational, and mentoring abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PMP/CSM/SAFe certifications a plus).
